Timely independent monitoring and evaluation of claim data is imperative to ensuring a fair adjustment of losses. The carrier considers the financial impact of a client's claim data at various times when calculating premium. Our analysis of the accuracy of your claims information guarantees that the carrier will rely on correct data when developing the premium for your policy(ies). During the course of each year, our staff frequently reviews your claims to proactively avoid claim issues or discrepancies before they become a concern.

Communication

Timely and accurate resolution of your claim should be the goal of all parties involved in the claims process. To facilitate this, our professional staff is experienced in communicating with adjusters and others involved in the claims process. Our role is to work as your trusted advocate to:

  • Proactively monitor the adjustment process of the claim, paying close attention to the carrier's coverage, liability and damage analysis;
  • Challenge the carrier's coverage position or damage evaluation on your behalf, dependent on the situation and information provided; and
  • Provide an easy to understand explanation if we believe coverage or damages have been analyzed incorrectly.
