ST. LOUIS, MO – Welsch, Flatness & Lutz, Inc. recently hired Jim Ziolkowski as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lines. He will be responsible for the operation and revenue of the insurance bokerage firm's commercial department.

Mr. Ziolkowski, of Chesterfield, is a board member of Edgewood Children's Center and was previously the director of the Missouri Association of Insurance Agents. He holds a bachelor of science degree from Ball State University.

Kevin Trokey was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Welsch, Flatness & Lutz, Inc. His responsibilities include recruiting and supervising producers, as well as developing the firm's corporate stategy and annual budget. He previously served as Executive Vice President for the agency.

Mr. Trokey, of Kirkwood, is the HUPAC Chair for the St. Louis Association of Health Underwriters and serves on the City of Kirkwood's Industrial Development Committee. He holds a bachelor of science degree from Truman State University and a master of business administration degree from Fontbonne University.
