Four Key Personnel to Serve As Presidents of Local Professional Organizations

ST. LOUIS, MO – Four key personnel of Welsch, Flatness & Lutz, Inc. will serve as chairmans and/or presidents of local professional associations in 2008.

Dennis Flatness, president and chairman of the board at WFL, currently serves as Chairman of the Community Improvement Board of the Downtown St. Louis Partnership. A tree was recently planted at Bell Garden to honor Dennis' eight-year committment to this organization, which is dedicated to the "Greening up" of St. Louis.

Denny Lutz, Surety Department Manager at WFL, will be serving as president of the St. Louis Chapter of the Certified Financial Management Association (CFMA) in 2008. He previously served as Secretary, Treasurer and Vice-President for the association, as well as a member of the Board of Directors.

Mike Boucher, Vice-President at WFL, has been elected to serve as president of the Surety Association of St. Louis. He previously served as Treasurer and Vice-President for the association. He is also active with the Southern Illinois Builder's Association where he serves on the Board of Directors and with Reliance Bank as a member of their Advisory Board.

Jeff Lance, Claims Manager at WFL, has been elected to serve as president of the St. Louis Chapter of the CPCU (Certified Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter) Society.
